How do I order a Coles Best Buys product?

 

Ordering a Coles Best Buys product online is simple!

 

1.       From the product page, select 'Add to Cart'

2.       When you've added all your great offers. Select the cart icon in the top right hand corner.

3.       Select 'Checkout'

4.       Review your cart, read and agree to T&Cs and select 'Proceed to Checkout'

5.       Enter your delivery details and pay via PayPal or guest checkout to place your order

After your purchase, you can easily return to Coles Online to continue your grocery shop by clicking the ‘Return to Coles Online’ link on the order confirmation page.

 

Key points:

 -         Your Coles Best Buys product will be prepared, tracked & delivered separately to your Coles Online grocery order.

 -         Coles Best Buys offers are available nation wide.

 -         Your Coles Best Buys product will be delivered by Australia Post, StarTrack or Toll and therefore will arrive at a different time/date than your Coles Online Order and will not be delivered by a Coles Team Member.

 -         Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow when your order will arrive.

-         Additionally, any returns of the Coles Best Buys products will be conducted separately to the standard Coles Online returns process. See returns process outlined in the FAQ 9 & 10

-          Unfortunately, you will not be able to link your flybuys or team member card to your Coles Best Buys purchase

1. How do I purchase a Coles Best Buys product?

To purchase a Coles Best Buys product simply add the product to your cart, click the checkout button, follow the prompts and enter your details and payment information.

2. Do I pay for my Coles Best Buys product together with my Coles Online Grocery Shop?

No, you will pay for your Coles Best Buys product separately to your Coles Online grocery order.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your Coles Best Buys product with PayPal or credit/debit card. As this purchase is not made through your Coles Online account, you will be required to re-enter your credit card details.

 

A PayPal account is not required. You can simply use the guest checkout and pay securely with your credit/debit card details.

 

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cheque, gift cards or Afterpay on any transaction. You will also be unable to link your flybuys or team member cards with your Coles Best Buys transaction.

4. Is there a purchase limit?

Yes. The purchase limit on Coles Best Buys items online is 5 units per transaction.

5. How will I receive my Coles Best Buys order?

Your Coles Best Buys order will be delivered by either Australia Post, StarTrack or courier. It will not arrive together with your Coles Online grocery order.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your item(s) will be dispatched within approximately 2-3 days of placing the order. Once dispatched, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order.

7. How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you, so you are able to track the progress of your Coles Best Buys order at any time.

8. How much does delivery cost?

There will be no additional charge for delivery.

9. What if there is something wrong with my Coles Best Buys product?

If your Coles Best Buys product is not of acceptable quality, faulty, missing a part or doesn’t match the description, please contact us at ColesOnlineBestBuys@coles.com.au and we will happily facilitate a return or replacement.

 

Please do not return any Coles Best Buys products purchased online in store.

 

If you choose to return the item, you will receive a full refund once the return has been processed.

10. What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind you can return your unopened, undamaged Coles Best Buys product within 30 days for a full refund.

Please contact us at ColesOnlineBestBuys@coles.com.au to arrange a return. The refund will be paid into the account the item was purchased on within 14 days.

 

Any change of mind return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense.
